Wow! I can’t believe this, a woman giving birth to 11 babies? This is very, very rare. Maria Hernandez, 42 years of age of Indianapolis, Indiana, gave birth to 11 healthy babies. Even the doctors who attended her delivery were completely surprised and in awe to have found out that the mother had 11 babies. Quadruplets or quintuplets are rare, but 11; it’s really something beyond the ordinary. Another amazing thing that happened is, it was a normal delivery and it just took 17 minutes. Dr. William Roberts said that they couldn’t stop the babies from coming out, that after the first baby came out, out came the next one and so on.
The couple had no success in the natural way of conceiving a baby, so they tried In Vitro Fertilization. Before, they were desperate parents who wanted a baby. But now, in just one pregnancy, they have multiple numbers of children they’ve never expected to have that even exceeded their expectation, 11 baby boys to be exact. The babies are still at Riley Children’s Hospital but in stable condition.
