Wow! Did you see that? We rarely see such an amazing process of making rotis or flat breads with entertaining artistry. Some of us, like me, are familiar with bread-making, or at least have an idea of how breads are made. But nothing like this is quite common. Imagine dining in a restaurant like this one, and enjoying not only the food but a little cooking skill that the chef displays. I, for one, will definitely come back to enjoy what this restaurant offers.

This kind of skill is not easy to learn, honestly speaking. It takes a ton of practice to replicate, or even be close to imitating it. Like this particular restaurant in India. I believe the pastry chef have had to practice a lot to do this. Well, I guess all the kitchen staff too has gone the same training to get accustomed to the rhythm of the movements in the kitchen and the way of doing their stuff. Probably, some of us have gone to Chinese restaurants where they make fresh pulled noodles. I believe you’re familiar with that wherein a batch of dough is transformed into noodles by repeatedly stretching it until it comes to the right thickness.

Nowadays, restaurant owners begin to conceptualize new things for customers. They begin to incorporate new ideas that will surely catch the eye and attention of even the passers-by. In effect, people would want to try what they saw the chefs are doing for curiosity’s sake. I bet some of them will even try the same thing when they get home. This ekspresi dominan has become effective in businesses, especially in the food industry. For customers like us, we’re quite fascinated with how chefs artistically prepare our food and deliver it on our table, and have the thought of how our food went through a “circus”,as what I call it, and can’t wait to try it.
