Like other animals, dogs are capable of retaining things and habits that you teach them. If they got used to something, they will surely not forget it.
The dog shown on this video is somewhat a little bit confused with what he’s seeing. He thinks that there is still a glass door in front of him other than the main wooden door. He is quite reluctant to get out even if his owner tells him to pass through it. He thinks that he can’t get in or get out.
Animals also have that ability to retain what has been taught to them, but apparently, this confused canine is not pretty sure of his decision if he will try to pass or not. To his thinking, as long as he sees the glass door frame, there will always be an invisible thing there that won’t permit him to get out no matter how hard his owner persuades him because he has already accustomed to that set-up.
This kind of situation is quite frustrating for someone who is short-tempered, isn’t it? Luckily, the dog’s owner is just cool and really treats the whole thing as fun.
A funny word of advice for dog owners out there, you might consider teaching your dogs to be smarter.
