What an awesome video. This kind of surveillance video personally touched my heart. The homeless man was so caring for others who were also facing the same circumstance as he was. I guess this is a perfect example of a Good Samaritan. It really is. Imagine, he’s asking for alms from people on road sides. Naturally, we would think that what he’s getting was only for him or for his own family, but look at what he did. He bought food and gave it to other homeless people like him.The Good Samaritan was discovered by a young man, Josh Paler Lin, who tried to test him if he would really buy food like what he said. Josh gave him a hundred bucks, and the homeless man was so happy because that’s really something for him. Little did he know, Josh and his team followed him everywhere and filmed every move he did to make sure if he’s really going to buy food. Josh was shocked and disappointed to see the man come in a liquor store, but they kept going, following him everywhere he went.
The homeless man walked into a park, drew things from his bag the items he bought from the liquor store and distributed food to other homeless persons. This is absolutely touching. He is so selfless. This is one of the noblest things I’ve seen a destitute man ever did. This kind of person is so close in our Heavenly Father’s heart. And after realizing how Josh followed his every move, the two got to talk together again. Josh said that he was touched by the man’s good deeds and gave him another hundred bucks. The man, in a way, said that he could also feel what other people like him feel, and that not all who live in the streets are lazy. It’s just that they also might have had worst circumstances as he had. So good to have true people like this, someone who deserves to be imitated.
